Hi @Arial, thanks for taking the time to post! You should see the damage done by the ballista in the logs before the Start-up phase. It looks like it might not be showing up though, so the team is going to take a closer look. I'll pass on your suggestion about the auto mode to the team as well. Thanks again!
@theMods I am afraid that this has to be fixed urgently. This is a HUGE issue and it has disrupted the whole game in fair play. What fun is it if you can move around the map without exploration or pop-up in the enemies camp when you are on the opposite side of the Map!
Hello @DerekM92 , I apologize for the wait on your answer. We don't have a time frame for when these packs will return to the store. Much like other sales, they can pop up at any time. So, just keep an eye out for them!
Some intervention is definately needed, so many guest accounts being created for the purpose of spending the free starter gold and buy packs and than transfer the silver to the main account. This is making the whole game imbalanced
I would like to resuggest the one button oversight. What i love about KC is that i have time for work and play. The thing is when i play, doing oversight one by one is tedious and seems like work and it takes the fun of it. which defeats the purpose of playing for fun
@DerekM92 this has happened to me before as well! I lost a bunch 800-1000 in gold scrolling through the boosts page because of the lag and the issue has still yet to be resolved! I've had a ticket in with customer support for about a week and nothing just generic emails
For a game that's still in Beta, this is unacceptable. The CS team should have easily solved our cases within 24 hours.
